• Produce technical drawing on scaffold erection plan with all technical specifications
• Conduct risk assessment within Project site based on hazards in relation to specific scaffolds such as poor ground condition
• Co-ordinate implementation of regulation governing activities related to scaffolding
• Ensure required instruction and training are identified and workers performing work have appropriate level of competence
