• First point of contact for all operations related escalations and inquires.
• Work co-operatively with Couriers, Supervisors, Sales team, Warehouse staff and Customer service Teams, other facility departments and lead hands.
• Assist internal and external customers with thorough delivery investigations and physical warehouse checks.

• Data cleansing shipments while in transit and prior to submission to customs.
• Monitor flight closing process and ensure all flights are closed accordingly.
• Creating paperwork for Bond transfer and E44s.
• Working with DHL programs such as CAIA, SPARK, COD, E-manifest, PRIM, HMS, ECIS, Sherlock etc.
• Working with general windows applications such as outlook, word, excel, powerpoint.
• Review all escalations and inquires, analyze solutions, correct issues and respond for closure and service quality.
• Ensure all freight is properly unloaded or loaded on task specific training.
• Accurately move and process freight, by deadlines, inbound and outbound material.
• Assist other departments and stake holders with new opportunities, over flow work, warehouse searches for miss-sorts, Coordinated logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
• Alert operations management for issues and safety concerns immediately as they occur.
• Adhered to Key Performance Standards established by management.
• Participate in maintaining a safe and co-operative work environment.
