Pre-program coordination: liaise with faculty, clients, participants, and vendors to ensure a smooth run-up to each program, including communications, pre-course material, and logistics readiness.
Program logistics: coordinate vendor arrangements, bill settlements, and day-to-day logistics for assigned programs, aiming for a seamless, positive participant experience end to end.
Post-program closure: settle program-related expenses, collect and analyze participant and update the program database (RISE Skills Power BI + Excel tracker) covering a portfolio of 78–79 programs, for repository and reporting purposes.
Continuous improvement: use participant and CRM feedback (lost-lead analysis) to flag logistics gaps and recommend corrective action to reduce costs and improve future program delivery.
Also ran a benchmarking study across 13+ ISB and competitor programs (1,300+ data points) and led market research via mystery calls across 13+ schools to gauge program demand.

Data Analyst & Community Engagement (Intern) - I-Venture — ISB

Coordinated logistics and stakeholder outreach for the startup incubation program — organized workshops, webinars, and networking events end-to-end, including scheduling, communications, and participant engagement.
Built a cohort-tracking dashboard from 500+ data points for program-level insights and made 700+ outreach calls, converting leads into enrolled participants.
Tracked program and digital marketing performance, delivering data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and outcomes.
