In over 25 years of professional career , I have been into Aftersales Service while being associated with various Automotive manufactures which includes Passenger Cars, Two Wheeler and Tractor. I have served in different capacities during my professional journey, like, Area Service Manager with Hyundai & Skoda, Head of Customer Care with Skoda Auto.
I have done my Graduation in Automobile Engineering in year 1997 through regular course and thereafter completed my Executive MBA from Manipal University by distance learning.
