• Generating & reporting of periodic facility reports such as daily / weekly / monthly reports / Break down report / Energy consumption report to the APM
• Handling facility operations both technical & soft services & security and Gardening and Support to the project team
• Responsible for Asset Management & inventory management. Implement energy saving plan shared to the clients Support in preparing specifications for purchases of electrical equipment and materials
• Preparation of 52-week preventive maintenance schedule for all the electrical machines, systems & carrying out the preventive maintenance work as per schedule
• Schedule daily and weekly rounds of various facility and check on upkeep and capture snag list and ensure the facility is maintained as per standard and document regular facilities inspections
• Regular inspections of the Transformer(1650KVA-4Nos), DG (2000KVA-4Nos), Air(150TR)& water cooled (600TR)-Chillers, LT room, fire pump room, WTP(5000LPH) BMS System, UPS, Floor AHU, Fire Alarm System, Fire Extinguisher, maintenance practices, utility management and risk management procedures
