• Lead FCU activities covering fraud prevention, field verification, sampling, and risk control.
• Conduct pre- and post-disbursement sampling for Vehicle Finance, Home Loans, LAP, Affordable Loans, Prime LAP, and SME portfolios.
• Identify potential fraud indicators, process deviations, and control risks at the pre- and post-activity stages.
• Handle the team effectively and reduce escalations related to regular activities.
• Closely monitor RCU reports and verify the details before updating them in the system.
• Internal and external fraud controlling.
• TAT and quality of reports to identify frauds.
• Branch audits, Yard audits and Collection Agency audits.
• Managing MIS/Risk Analysis/Fraud Analysis/Investigation.
• Sorting out customer problems and grievances.
• Managing delinquent portfolios and control flows.
• Focus on Non-Starter and High Fund sourcing.
• Continuous follow-up on Non-Starter cases.
• Collection of overdue and stabilisation of customer.
• Resolving high delinquent customers through PD.
• Co-ordination with other support & control functions and business team.
• Risk & quality checking as per process (proper documentation & relevant proofs).
• Follow up with agencies for closure of sampled cases within TAT.
• Field verification done as per the job process.
• Giving training to Credit and Sales teams regularly.
• Conducting Vendor and Sampler training on a monthly basis.
• Adhering to policies and process.
