• Strategize to improve the shortlist ratio, acceptance to joining ratio, adherence to process timelines and optimization of talent acquisition budget Manage and monitor internal applicant tracking system, ensuring that all candidates and applicants are properly tracked and have a disposition reason.
• Influence culture fit across all final candidates.
• Analyse recruitment trends and results for continuous improvement of our strategies and processes.
