§ Alumni of IIM Kolkata with around 25 years’ experience in Profit Centre Management, Credit /Risk Management, Business Development, Client Servicing and Team Management.
§ Seasoned retail assets risk specialist with experience of handling all kinds of retail asset products, including unsecured personal loan, unsecured credit card, mortgage, auto loans, and loan against securities, across the geographies at all India level.
§ In depth understanding of market dynamics of North, East, and West India.
§ Expertise in designing systems & procedures and BRE (Business Rule Engines) for alternate channel contributing towards improved financial performance, heightened productivity and enhanced internal controls for Cards and Personal Loans (Developed E-channel sourcing model system).
§ Proficient in portfolio and sales management with deep understanding of Consumer Risk matrix, Allied Risk Management processes & Fraud Control with specific focus on Cards operations, and payment system.
§ Adept in managing & leading teams for running successful process operations & experience of developing procedures, service standards for business excellence and operating guidelines.
§ Development in training modules like E-learning, New Joinee underwriting training module, Operating Guidelines
§ Migration of core processing system with bent towards technology on implementation of robotics in underwriting
