Worked for Client BNP in its Brokerage operations wherein BNP act as the clearing broker. Team is responsible for processing execution commission to executing brokers who execute trades in different APAC, EMEA and US Derivative Markets.

• Receive monthly bills from executing brokers claiming execution commission via an Electronic Application named Atlantis and through Emails
• Interact with clients and various lines of business
• Products dealt are futures and Options
• Register invoices on the primary reconciliation tool
• Reconciliation of billed trades against the market trades to verify the authenticity of the trades
• Commission calculation and liaising with clients
• Payment processing and Accounting of cash outs
• Analyse brokers' outstanding and update the broker with the settlement/reconciliation status
• Liaise with the internal teams for process enhancements like Static setups and for Agreement initiation and Settlement Instructions set up
• Issue of Payment references/payment proofs to the counter parties
• Handle client and Executing Broker calls
