About
I worked in wide range of Industries like Automobile, Textile, Sugar, Power, Steel, Printing & packaging, Edutech & Renewable energy. I looked after Corporate HR, Plant HR (Multiple plants), Sales HR at all over India level. I managed manpower from 200 to 6000.
I worked as Head Corporate HR from 2005 till 2023 in both professional and owner-driven companies. My key competencies include establishing core HR from scratch, establishing HR policies and processes, taking complete ownership of L&D, establishing KRA-based PMS systems, conducting OD & Talent management interventions, compensation restructuring & Culture building.
