It's my 4th year that I've started my career.
I am looking something to grow in Finance or Accounting but can also manage a team or fulfill the responsibilities of an Administrator.
My skills if I have to mention:
Tally ERP 9, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM Tools, KPI Reporting and Data Analysis, Strategic Troubleshooting, Ledger bookkeeping
I have work experience as an Accountant, an Advisor and a Process Associate in my 4 years of work life but within these work I've gained much more knowledge about other work roles and have managed those responsibilities as well without any roadblocks. I have counselled people, been an Admin, an SME, managing a team currently as a team lead without the actual position. I have learnt that it's not what position the company gives you, it's the responsibility in your that makes you grow in your career.

I have completed B.Com in Accounting and Finance background.
