Looking after all the operational work like vessel berthing documentations, unloading of cargoes from Vessel, shifting materials from berth to allotted plot inside the port, dispatching materials from port to buyers location by road and rail.
Invoices and E-Way bills truck wise on daily basis. Manages the team in a manner that supports a positive work environment. Leads problem-solving activities for the shipping department as necessary. Provides leadership in improving operating efficiencies, such as problem resolution, manages complexity and strives to be proactive.
Tracks, traces and expedites pick labels and orders to ensure on-time arrival to include the overall support of the port flow of inbound and outbound shipments. Develops, maintains, and delivers team member feedback constructively and performance evaluations to provide personal growth and enhance team capabilities. Provides ongoing leadership to port operations and port employees to ensure employee safety, quality and delivery performance for the company.
