Hotel management graduate with expertise in culinary arts and baking
I recently completed a five-month industrial training at Aloft New Delhi Aerocity, where I worked in all four core departments of the hotel: front office, housekeeping, restaurant, and kitchen. I gained valuable hands-on experience in different aspects of hotel operations, such as customer service, inventory management, hygiene standards, and menu planning. I also had the opportunity to showcase my baking and pastry skills by preparing and presenting various desserts and pastries for the hotel's buffet and events.
I received positive feedback from the hotel staff and guests for my creativity, quality, and consistency. I am eager to further develop and enhance my competencies and pursue a career in the hospitality sector
As a Bsc in H&HA student at the Institute of Hotel Management-Dehradun, I am passionate about learning and applying the skills and knowledge of culinary arts, baking, and food safety in the hospitality industry. I aspire to become a professional baker and pastry chef who can create delicious and innovative products for customers and clients.
