I am a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India apart from a Commerce and Law Graduate and Associate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and have experience of more than 25 years as Company Secretary in reputed Companies.Presently I am associated with a Private Company in Salt Lake Sector V as its Secretary.

I have a total working experience of about 30 years in the areas of Company Law, Corporate Secretarial and Legal matters with some reliably good companies Presently i have been working with ABCI Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. Kolkata as its Company Secretary for the last 10 years.
