An aspiring, passionate and immensely motivated culinary arts student.
Seeking to utilize and contribute acquired skills and knowledge for the betterment and growth of my self and the professional kitchen environment that I work in. I am committed to enhancing my culinary skills, learning different cultures and creating a flavourful and memorable dining experience.
My area of interest are Pan Asian Cuisine, European Cuisine and Bakery.
I served as an intern in the Research & Development Department at Oriental Cuisines Pvt Ltd., Chennai, from November 2021 to May 2022. Additionally, in 2022, I worked as a trainee in the kitchen at Fortune Inn Manipal, where I handled mise en place for the continental and Indian cuisine department. Prior to that, in 2021, I passionately ran a home-based fusion food business called Madrassis in Chennai.
This venture focused on Indo-Western cuisine, and I successfully conducted several bake sales, showcasing my culinary skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
I am currently a 2nd year Culinary Arts student at Welcomgroup Graduate School Of Hotel Administration in Manipal Karnataka. I also possess a Level 2 Diploma in Food Preparations and Culinary Arts-Patisserie, City&Guilds.
