I’m Neha Tak, an Automation Expert with over 2 years of experience in RPA support, specializing in process monitoring, issue resolution, and bot health checks using NICE and Excel. With a strong academic background in Computer Applications and a history in educational leadership, I bring both technical expertise and organizational skills to the table. Alongside my IT career, I’m also the founder of Mahamaya Astrosolutions, where I offer personalized guidance through Vedic astrology, energy alignment, and chakra healing.

My goal is to blend technology and intuition to create meaningful impact in both professional and personal spheres.

I have over 2 years of experience as an RPA Support Engineer, where I managed bot performance, conducted daily health checks, and resolved automation issues to ensure smooth process execution. Prior to that, I worked as a Centre Manager at Canvas International School, handling operations, team coordination, and academic management. I also have experience as a Computer Instructor and ERP Manager at Ummed International School, where I implemented and supported educational technologies.

My background combines technical problem-solving, process automation, and team leadership, allowing me to adapt across domains efficiently.

I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA), along with a Master’s in Fine Arts. To strengthen my technical foundation, I also pursued an Advanced Certification in Data Science and AI from iHUB, IIT Roorkee. Although I couldn’t complete the certification due to personal reasons, the coursework enhanced my understanding of data-driven technologies and AI applications, adding value to my automation expertise.
