- Handled New Product Development activities including product development, HP moulding and cost reduction.
- Performed part modelling, drafting, assembly and design/tool inspection and verification.
- Conducted casting feasibility and machining feasibility studies and monitored productivity improvement projects.
- Analysed casting defects, supported corrective actions and contributed to rejection reduction.
- Coordinated with customers from project start to completion and prepared technical/project documentation.
- Supported computerized/ERP procurement activities and screening of requisitions for forwarding procurement.
Sr. NPD Engineer - Aqua Flow Division

- Leading NPD activities for foundry components from concept and feasibility through development and customer handling.
- Supporting process improvements, productivity monitoring, defect reduction and manufacturability reviews.
