I have very strong hand in South East Asian cuisine along with events and Alacarte operations for all day dinning restaurant.

I have started my career from Pan- Asian cuisine then versatile on Indian and International cuisine.

I would like to say I was a Teppanyaki shows speciality chef begining of my career and also as much as strong in Chinese, Thai , Malaysian Cuisine too .
