Hello,

I am Snigdha. I have had 2 years of work experience as Quality Analyst, Senior Process Associare, Subject Matter Expert. I was the trainer and mentor for the new hires. Handled International chat and voice process for USA and Spain Employees.

I had experience as Payroll Analyst.

Expertise in Microsoft Excel And word.

Soon after completing my MTech education, I got an opportunity as Assistant Professor and worked for 4.5 years in teaching for Engineering students. After Covid outbreak switched into MNC as Senior Process Associate for 2 years at Amazon, Telangana.

My roles and responsibilities include but not limited to HR Services, Payroll Services, Quality Analyst, Customer Support Executive.
