• Created and maintained the high-level delivery plan using MS PowerPoint and Office Timeline, mapping sprints, reviews, integrations, and go-live milestones. Ensured alignment with the SoW and communicated timelines to FactSet and TQ-IMA via walkthroughs and governance updates.
• Led Sprint 1 delivery and project coordination, driving planning, RAID tracking, resource burn monitoring, and stakeholder communication across FactSet and TQ-IMA during the foundational phase of the project.
• Created and owned the full RAID log (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), ensuring proactive governance, stakeholder escalations, and visibility through weekly status reporting.
• Tracked weekly resource burn rate using ServiceNow timecard data, mapped actuals vs. forecast, and reported budget utilization trends to PMO for delivery tracking and variance control.
• Produced and presented weekly Project Status Reports (PSRs) to FactSet stakeholders, summarizing backlog progress, burn rate, RAID items, and milestone health across delivery streams.
• Developed and maintained the cross-party RACI matrix covering Inetum, FactSet, and TQ IMA, clarifying ownership across requirements, HLD delivery, and TDA approval workflows.
