• Find out and implement low cost automation projects to reduce cost
• Enters daily shift wise production, scrap, machine runtime, machine idle time, employee overtime details, manpower entry in SAP
• Implement 5'S, FIFO, KAIZEN
• Giving on the job training to the operators and new comers
• Counselling to production employees who fail to perform or violate company policies
