Founder & Product Lead — Do Dash at Melchizedek Technologies Private Limited (Fluntr) (2023-08 – Present)

Zero to launch: Took Do Dash — a multi-category quick-commerce super app (food, groceries, fashion, medicine, toys, and bike-taxi in one platform) — from concept to three published Play Store apps, bootstrapped end to end. Incorporated Aug 2024.

• Customer discovery: Spent 12 months on structured discovery with consumers, delivery agents, store owners, and restaurant owners; validated pain points in incumbent platforms (Swiggy, Zepto, Blinkit, Rapido, Uber) and converted findings into the product thesis and roadmap.
• Product innovation: Conceived and specified the Digital Dark Store model — a virtual inventory layer over local stores that eliminates physical dark-store costs and reduces third-party Maps API spend while improving dispatch efficiency.
• Full product lifecycle: Wrote all PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; designed complete UI/UX for all three apps in Figma (user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, developer handoff); ran sprint planning and release validation.
• Team & delivery: Hired and led a cross-functional team of developers, QA, and interns (up to 4 concurrent, 7+ across the journey); managed an agile delivery cadence and negotiated vendor and infrastructure contracts.
• Technical ownership: Deployed and managed AWS production infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, CI/CD) with MongoDB; scoped and validated integrations with Google Maps, Firebase, and payment APIs on a React Native / Node.js stack.
• Second product — Fluntr: Building Fluntr (2026), an AI-powered digital wardrobe app — users photograph outfits, AI removes the background, and pieces are organized into smart collections (office, party, summer) and shared on a fashion-focused social feed; subscription model targeting US/UK markets, with a marketing-first GTM and pre-launch waitlist ahead of App Store / Play Store release. Also launched MTPL Services, a development-outsourcing arm.

eSupport Engineer — Netflix at IntouchCX (formerly 24/7 Intouch) (2023-03 – 2023-07)

• Analysed high-volume transaction and support data to identify recurring failure patterns; produced structured analytical reports for Netflix product and engineering teams, directly influencing product decisions.
• Managed CRM workflows, SLA metrics, and escalation processes in a large-scale, compliance-sensitive enterprise environment.
• Translated complex technical issues into clear, plain-language summaries for non-technical stakeholders across distributed teams.

• Worked across multiple Google product lines in a matrixed enterprise environment; ranked 7th company-wide in stack ranking and awarded Best Performer 2021 for analytical accuracy and KPI delivery.
