I spent two years working as a Manager at Brorritos in London, where I was closely involved in day-to-day operations, team management, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. The role helped me grow as a leader, improve my problem-solving skills, and learn how to keep both customers and teams satisfied in a demanding work environment.
