Currently I am working in IT Support Team where we deal with customer issue raised via Incidents or Service Task and we also need to connect with customer via Skype or Teams for quick resolution. We need to route tickets to appropriate team. If any ticket is not in our scope than we route it to L2/L3/L4. Providing support to L2 team. Ticketing tool used is ServiceNow.
