Reporting to Chairman & Board. Joined as COO and within one year got promoted CEO. Responsibility – Set up Health Retail business in India, Synergy with Labs & diagnostics & One Aster Units project. New Warehouses Setup and distribution.
- Deliver agreed performance within budget. Performance includes P&L, market share, and customer satisfaction targets
- Working in partnership with the management team and board of directors, create the strategic five-year plan and implement new processes and approaches to achieve it
