Raw Material and Packaging Material Planning and Shipment Planning. Software: Zoho Books
- Raw Material and Packaging Material planning as per shipment Plan.
- Receipt of demand from the Marketing and releasing the Raw Material and Packaging Material PRs for export products as per sales order requirements.
- Follow-up with Qc for releasing the Material, Purchase and Factory for receipt of material as per scheduled plan.
- Scheduling Material requirement plan for export product to procure all the inputs required for Manufacturing FG.
- Based on sales orders, Raw and packing materials delivery status to be reviewed with Procurement team for on time delivery of materials for Production.
- Analyzing Procurement proposal against Material requirement planning in Zoho & releasing Purchase Requisition (PR) with 1 day of material requirement planning run for all the inputs like Activities, Raw & Packaging materials required for manufacturing.
- Co-ordinating with production, QA, QC and other Supporting departments daily to update on the production status & ensure deliverance of products as per the due dates.
- Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly basis MIS report and circulate dashboard details across the company management.
- Sharing regular inventory reports and updates to the business team.
- Responsible for shipment dispatch within defined TAT and SLA, Generating Reports on regular basis, circulated to cross functional team.
Order Management, Order Allocation & Inventory Management - Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited - Warehouse & Logistics

- Analyzing Inventory levels at stores and allocate stock in SAP considering business requirement.
- Prepare and maintain the Order Allocation Summary to Support optimal allocation decisions.
- Create and update inventory ageing reports to track the stock ageing and identify slow moving items.
- Develop Free Inventory Files for visibility of unallocated stocks for business teams.
- Generate the Distributor Order Visibility Reports to enhance the order planning and fulfillment efficiency.
- Prepare and share inputs for Stock Summary report for relevant stakeholders.
- Consolidate and prepare Stocks and Sales Performance Reports at SKU, category and Distributor levels.
- Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly basis sales MIS report and circulate dashboard details across the company management.
- Responsible for billing within defined TAT and SLA, Generating Reports on regular basis, circulated to cross functional team.
Inbound operations - Reliance Retail Ltd ecommerce NDC - Tumkur

- Inbound Report maintenance and sharing the report on a daily basis.
- ASN creation & E-way bill creation. Vendor Appointment for delivering stock to warehouse.
- Performing stock inward (making inward MIS & verifying document's, creating trip, checking box condition, unloading Goods, POD for transporter), Performing GRN creation, Stock put away & DMS.
- Coordinate with category and Transporters for resolving Problematic consignments such as Stock Discrepancy, Transporter related Issues like Box shortage, Box damage conditions etc…
- Invoice generation for inter warehouses and stores for moving stocks which includes (STO, Delivery, STN) in SAP and Invoice generation for dispatching stocks and close discrepancy SIT (Stock in transit) clearance.
