• Filing and Documentation, and Updating the Insured Details as per the request to the bureau.
• Identify records consistently.
• Following many rules/procedures for filing documents.
• It is never "cut off" so that active and inactive records are filed together.
• Establish procedures for filing documents and maintaining the file.
• Establish a list of subjects and keep it up to date. Make the filing designations broad enough that you don't end up making a new file for every new document.
• Amending or deleting the policies in bureau websites as per the Customer request or UW request.
• Preparing all the reports of team and sending it to the superiors.
• Maintaining the Production Sheet and Hourly based Count Report.
