This was my first company in Medical billing, here I have learnt my basic function of RCM. As an AR Executive had opportunity to work with AR Followup, Denial management, Correspondence. As a Senior AR Executive in Access gained knowledge in DME (Durable Medical Equipment) and worked in Brightree software. In Brightree project had direct interaction with Client on resolving claims, finding trends and had an new exposure over the project based on Client's requirement.

Also had an opportunity to allocate inventories to user based on trends and projecting reports based on their monthly production. As I mentioned about People management had opportunity to handle team over the absence of Teamlead and conducted various interactive sections to have a good bond with the user's.
