Currently working at SBI Card, I support 3000+ users, including VIP clients, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. I hold a Diploma in Cloud Computing and am pursuing a BCA in Cybersecurity. I’m passionate about technology, continuous learning, and aim to grow my career in Linux or cloud-based support roles.

Previously, I worked as a Senior Lab Coordinator at Jetking Infotrain, where I managed IT infrastructure, improved lab performance, and trained junior staff. I am comfortable working in both Windows and Linux environments and have experience with RAID and LVM configurations. My focus is on delivering reliable support, improving system performance, and continuously upgrading my technical skills to grow in the field of Linux and cloud technologies.
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) in Cybersecurity from Amity University (2024–Present), where I am gaining in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, operating systems, networks, and system security.
In addition, I recently completed a Diploma in Cloud Computing from Jetking Infotrain (2023–2024), which focused on cloud technologies, virtualization, Linux administration, and cloud infrastructure management.
