I bring about 9+ years of diverse experience in the HR domain. Apart from managing HR operation and function, I have seamlessly supported and advised the business leaders in aligning the people strategy with business strategy by developing and executing HR strategies to support the organization's growth and objectives.
In my last stint at eGovernments Foundation, I was leading the HR and Admin departments. Having demonstrated excellent people management skills, I have successfully been able to address employee relations, issues and grievances in a timely manner ensuring good employee experience and satisfaction at all stages (hire to retire)
Summarizing the above, my core strengths and expertise lies in HR business partnership, employee life-cycle and stakeholder management, people and HR project management, HR reporting and analytics, employee engagement, internal communication, HR automation, HR policy and process, etc.
In terms of job location, my first preference is Kolkata, Bangalore and then rest of the metropolitans.
