I worked as an assistant manager administrations with SAP Labs India Pvt. Ltd. starting from July 2014 till 31st March 2023. Below are my job responsibility there.
# Run day-to-day office administration.
# Ensuring effective rendering of services including Housekeeping, Cafereria, Transport, OfficeEquipment, Vehicles etc. to enable smooth flow of day to day operations.
# Material Audit and Logistics as well as Site Supervision and coordination.
# Responsible for keeping everything on paper records is essentially required to help an organizationgrowing. MIS creation & updating for vendor bills, company assets, couriers, incoming & outgoinggoods, tours & travel, transport related, etc.
# Organizing all the Conferences, Seminars & Events / Functions sponsored by the Company In house /Out Locations & Billing.
# Provides the necessary coordination in order for the necessary facility, administration and logisticservice assessing the reports, develops proposals regarding the preventive and corrective measuresand notifies to the manager.
# Ensures that Pantry services, transport services and catering (lunch, dinner etc services are providedon time and correctly, controls demand by the personnel according to the budget.
# Verifies, processes, and pays out all contractual staffs claims through the contractor
# Ensures timely payment to all vendors and controls it.
# Spearheading tasks pertaining to billing & payments of Telephone, Data Cards, Electricity, Rent andMaintenance for branch offices across India, as well planning for new connections and price revision.
# Facilitating Security Operations like verifying the Incoming/Outgoing Register.
# Arrange necessary repairs/upgrades to office facilities.
# Manage budgeting, ordering, and stocking supplies, food/drink items, and catered lunches.
# Plan and help implement monthly company-wi events.
# Manage office general budget and ensure accurate and timely expense submission.
# Inventory Management & Vendor Management.
# Constant contact with the operations team to ensure everything is running smoothly.
# Keep track, manage, and link the Admin Head calendar.
