• Responsible for troubleshooting PC's, Laptops, Network printers, QC Instrument applications.
• Responsible for checking Event Logs and Audit Trails to reduce system defects.
• Responsible for installing Updates, OS and applications patches on all PC are networking devices.
• Responsible for basic/network administrator related to user accounts, passwords resets, and other admin console tools.
• Implements the password management for the systems and QC applicants.
• Responsible for creating Users, Groups, assigning roles, Privileges to the instrument users in QC.
• Responsible for taking backups from server, stand-alone systems majorly in QC.
• Responsible to perform system validations which are connected to instruments in QC.
• Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies and working instructions related to IT activities.
• Giving online support when I'm in remote location.
• Troubleshooting LAN cabling issues.
• To acts as administrator for all system at site.
