Hands on experience of manpower management, recruitment involving resume generation, screening, short-listing with appropriate compensation.
Proficient in Client coordination with smooth service delivery.
Possess strong knowledge in HR Activities like recruitment sourcing/ Employee engagement/ HR audit and Quality control/Procurement/ Vendor Management, MIS Reporting.
Experience in implementing HR systems and policies, conducting training programs towards enhancing employee productivity and building committed teams.
Possess strong Communication, Interpersonal and Relationship Management skills.
