• Tread weight compliance improvement from 90% to 94% with reduced weight tolerance of 1% in 10.00 R20 LD size in HCE.
• Tread Profile compliances improved from 72% to 94 % with 50% of reduced tolerance.
• Increased efficiency and productivity of LTR SW Extruder setup by modifying the design of the sidewall preformer, allowing for easy integration with PCR head opening. As a result, setup time was improved substantially, decreasing from 50 minutes to just 30 minutes
