Co-Founder of an HR firm "Hireverse Recruitment Pvt.Ltd". Worked as the ClientRelations Head and managed to build the company from scratch with a very smallbudget. Worked as a Validation Engineer in TVS Brakes India (ER&D) for 1.5 years and later started my own recruitment firm.
