Co-Founder of an HR firm "Hireverse Recruitment Pvt.Ltd". Worked as the ClientRelations Head and managed to build the company from scratch with a very smallbudget. Did most of the things on our own starting from registration, websitebuilding & hosting, Client Acquisition etc., Created a small database and helpedclients in building their dream team and also helped candidates find their dreamJob. Also managed to get tie-ups with international recruitment firms.

Worked as a Validation Engineer in TVS Brakes India (ER&D) for 1.5 years and later started my own recruitment firm.
