• Establish HR strategy plans and lead the HR Team

• Guide the manager and team to improve team performance and moral.

• Liasoning with Corporate Officials and keep coordination with MD of the firm.

I have completed my graduation in Hospital Management and complete my Post Graduate degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resource Management as Major & Marketing Management as Minor specialization. I have complete my Internship from India Infoline in the Recruitment profile from June 2014 to July 2014. I am seeking a position as HR executives and to relate myself with people in the leading organizations.
