About

Responsible for overall functions of the store such are Warehousing and logistics, Inventory Control, Sales, Merchandising, Cashiering, Marketing, Shrinkage Control and Sale.
Handling Staff & Customer and developing good relationship with them for the improving of sale.
Responsible for Meeting sales Target.
Controlling management accounts with attention to essential criteria for net Profit, including sales, shrinkage.
Supporting management and staff to help create their own successful and productive team and become effective team leaders.
Maximizing every sales opportunity by promoting the highest standards of customer care and recognizing potential development and training opportunities.
Reviewing and evaluating weekly KPI achievement and producing an end of week spreadsheet.
Ensure critical offer updations in the system.
Maintaining records regarding offers which were running in the past & daily sales report.
Preparation of weekly, daily sales plan and report.
Handling customer complaints regarding products, schemes and solving issues of customers.
Staff planning and problems faced when experienced staff leaves the job and training of new staff.
Studying DSR and daily sales considering the sq-ft wise area of the section to find the detailed contribution to the store.
Stock planning, Big Season planning based on the targets given and meetings.
Maintaining Margin as planned by category and achieving taking efforts to achieve it.
To maintain logbook recording, and vigilance against all type of stock shortages.
Responsible for smooth functioning of the store.
Handling All Marketing activities and downloading the same to the team.
Handling a Team of 70 Team Members and 6 Department Managers reporting to me.
