• Investigate and process insurance claims filed by policy holders.
• Review Inquiry Tracking which is received from providers or members and take necessary action based on the query.
• Create new inquiry, tracking if it is incorrectly created (Created for wrong member/created with incorrect HCID (Healthcare Identification Number))
• Once claim is authorized, make payment promptly. The amount may reflect items such as deductibles, co-pay, Co-insurance against property that must be paid.
• Help newly joined peers by giving floor support.
• Evaluate the medical records submitted by provider.
