Hello, my name is Tarique Nadeem. I completed a computer hardware and networking course from 2007 to 2009 at Ip Solution in Dadar, Mumbai. Additionally, I obtained a Red Hat Linux certification in 2009.
With 12 years of experience in the IT industry, I've become very skilled in troubleshooting, maintenance, assembling, Windows repair, software installation, antivirus setup, networking, attaching new switches, crimping, and network sharing. I have deep knowledge of Microsoft Office and have configured numerous Outlook emails with their port numbers over my career.
In my previous role at Sbits Technology, I handled various troubleshooting and maintenance tasks. I offered remote support to clients on issues ranging from printer sharing to Outlook configuration, network sharing, user permissions, and creating users for RDP. As a senior engineer, I manage the backend and provide remote client support, especially regarding computer software and hardware issues due to our company's AMC Service.
A notable project I worked on was the successful implementation of Windows 10 at the Bank of Baroda branch in Mumbai. During the installation, my team and I ensured a smooth deployment across all workstations, minimizing disruptions to daily operations. We conducted tests to resolve compatibility issues and provided on-site training to facilitate the transition.
Outside of work, my hobbies include learning digital marketing and creating WordPress websites. For the past two years, I've spent a lot of my spare time learning and creating websites. I'm proficient at creating WordPress websites, and last year, I started a recipe website named foodfusionjourney.com, obtaining Google AdSense approval in just one month.
