I’m a business and operations leader with over 24 years of experience building, scaling and transforming global delivery organizations, GCCs and enterprise operations across technology, BFSI, healthcare, telecom, life sciences and energy.

Over the course of my career, I’ve progressively moved from technology and delivery leadership into broader business and P&L ownership. I have led portfolios of up to US$200 million, organizations of more than 1,650 professionals, and P&L responsibility of around US$55 million.

What differentiates me is my ability to connect business strategy, operations, customers, people and financial outcomes. I have built and scaled organizations, established GCC and BOT operating models, transformed delivery operations, improved margins and productivity, and worked closely with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, boards and senior client stakeholders.

From an outcome perspective, I have driven 35% revenue growth, improved profitability by around 35%, increased workforce utilization from 58% to 85%, and delivered significant operational efficiency improvements through operating-model redesign, automation and AI-led transformation. I have also focused heavily on governance, customer experience and building strong leadership pipelines.

Currently, as COO at MoreYeahs Technologies, I’m focused on bringing together business strategy, delivery, financial performance, governance and organizational capability to create a more scalable and growth-oriented operating model.

At this stage of my career, I’m looking for a long-term leadership mandate where I can build, scale and transform a business, take meaningful ownership for growth, P&L, delivery and customer success, and develop a strong leadership organization around me. I’m particularly interested in an environment where there is a clear strategic direction, the opportunity to create sustainable value, and the ability to contribute over the long term rather than simply manage a short-term mandate.

Currently COO at MoreYeahs Technologies, leading enterprise-wide operations across business strategy, delivery, financial performance, governance, organizational capability and customer success, with a focus on scalable growth and operational transformation.

Previously, as Director – Head of Delivery & Operations at Solugenix, I led a US$55M P&L and scaled the organization from 108 to 250+ professionals. I drove delivery excellence, customer success, operational transformation and workforce strategy, achieving 99.98% service availability, improving SLA compliance from 85% to 98%, increasing operational efficiency by 30%, and contributing to US$30M+ strategic opportunities.

As VP – Regional Head, India & Europe at Cognicor, I established and scaled the India delivery organization from 10 to 75+ professionals, secured US$2.5M in new business, and built strategic technology partnerships.

Earlier, as Director – IT at C3i Solutions, I led GCC IT operations, PMO and service delivery, delivering 30% cost optimization and 35% profitability improvement through operating-model transformation, automation and process modernization.

Overall, I bring 24+ years of experience leading global operations, GCCs, delivery organizations and P&Ls, with exposure to portfolios up to US$200M and globally distributed teams of 1,650+ professionals.
