nature of my job is first of all monitoring staffs how we treat the customer how we service and satisfying customer then Handling cash including sales cash and safe or imprest cash with proper documents and bills. working with SAP Portal to update day to day activities that is nothing but received goods data & GRN (Goods receipt Note creation), Book expenses in portal and Files maintaining organization based datas
Now I'm working as a customer service associate K3 level in Reliance retail ltd. Im having 1 year 9 month experience in that feild i was worked as lecture in colleges for around 5 years also worked as a supervisor in construction field around 2 years
Im completed B. E Civil engineering at Anna University of Technology, Trichy, Tamil Nadu with First class (7.05CGPA)
