- Coordinate with suppliers and ensure maintenance cost control.
- Strong understanding of Electrical, Mechanical, and Utility systems.
Production Engineer (Testing Engineer) & Service Support Engineer - PINNACLE GENERATORS
(2015-06 - 2025-12)
- Additional Training the new Service pupil(trainee's) and Marketing persons about the whole process with my sustainable knowledge on overall process of rectification of faults, assembling, Identification of parts and problems and concern points about of Genset.
- Monitoring the Control Panels and the DG sets Process according to the wiring drawings.
- Inspecting all the reports and records of whole process prepared by the Engineers and supervising the team
- Working in R & D for the development and implementation of Higher KVA Gen-sets.
- After sales support for the Gen-sets for the field analysis and problem solving.
- Coordination with R&D teams for carrying out test/trails.
- Working with Product management group & resolving process related customer complaints.
- Helped clients in understanding the functions and operation of generator.
- Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on diesel Generator.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system faults.
- Repair or replace faulty components such as alternators, starters, batteries, control panels.
- Install, commission, and test new generator sets at customer sites.
- Maintain service records, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
- Provide technical support to customers and assist junior technicians when required.
- Work closely with the service team to meet response time and customer satisfaction targets
- Responsible for diesel generators testing activities up to 1500kva.
- Plan test schedule, cost, equipment, and resources required.
- Review generator design and provide suggestion on improvements.
- Prepare test procedures according to the make of the generators.
- Conduct on-site generator acceptance testing and engineering analysis of the test data.
- Perform root cause analysis for technical problems and report findings
- Maintain and ensure the safety of generator test tools and equipment
- Regularly involving in the Production process for better understanding & Plans in all departments.
- Regularly Doing the PDI for better problem analysis.
- Preparing the Daily Testing and Module Rejection Reports
