My name is Vikas Tiwari. I am an MBA (Finance) professional with 11+ years of experience in Investment Banking. I have worked with multiple investment banks and financial service companies. I expertise in Middle Office and custodian operations which include Trade confirmation, clearing and settlements operations for various global markets.

I have handled different OTC and Exchange traded products such as Equity, Fixed Income, SWAPS, CDS, IRS, TRS, Forwards, Futures, Options, Treasuries, Bonds, Hedge funds etc. I am experienced on various trading, clearing and settlements platforms such as Aladdin, DTCC, DTCC-CTM, ICE Clearing, DTCC-RAD, Omgeo Alert, etc I am also experienced on SWIFT, FIX, ADX secured financial transaction services. Additionally, I also hold experience into Corporate Action and have handled mandatory cash and non-cash events such as such as stock splits, mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs and dividend payments.

I am experienced in using Bloomberg and other ADR sites to validate the corporate action events and perform security maintenance in the internal system to reflect the same.

Further I have completed various online certifications and courses in data analytics such as Ms Excel, Google data analytics, Power BI, Tableau etc to skill up.

Currently I am employed in BNY Mellon as a lead representative where I work and mange a team of 8+ analysts. I am looking for better opportunities preferably a more challenging managerial position where I can further use my expertise and lean and grow and gain more knowledge of new technical advancements in the industry.
