I have acquired several years of experience in process improvement in Operations and Sales processes, achieving best practice consolidation, as well as implementing a “make it happen” culture within the company. In quotation stage I was driving a project that reduced the offer lead time of 40%, as well as an increase of the win rate of 10%. Through a Lean project I was leading, the On time delivery for our supplies raised of 20%.
Together with the operations team we redesigned the planning department, achieving a 5% reduction in inventory and an increase of On Time Delivery of 10% in aftermarket. Due to this achievement I took on the role of Planning Manager since early 2023.I have a strong experience in SAP ERP and PLM implementation projects, and all the 9 implementation projects I was involved where perfectly on schedule.
