I am a professional with extensive experience in the design and development of power electronics, avionics, and radar systems, gained in leading companies such as Alenia Defense Systems, Enedo SpA, and Inission Oyj Group. I have successfully managed multiple simultaneous projects, leading cross-functional teams and delivering innovative solutions in aerospace, defense, and energy sectors.

I am currently R&D Manager at Enedo SpA, where I lead a multifunctional team of 30 engineers in developing innovative power electronics products. My responsibilities include overseeing new product introductions (NPI), managing budgets (CAPEX and OPEX), and ensuring customer specifications are met. I also supervise testing, compliance, and laboratory operations, including EMC, safety, and DVT labs, while collaborating with tier customers and coordinating roadmaps for strategic product development.
Previously, I served as R&D Program Coordinator at Roal Electronics, managing design pipelines and optimizing time and cost across multiple simultaneous projects. I coordinated cross-functional teams to deliver high-reliability products, ensuring timely execution and quality standards. As Mechatronics Leader at Meccano SpA, I designed and developed custom electronics for infrared systems and testing facilities and contributed significantly to the establishment of EMC and acoustic laboratories, enhancing testing capabilities.
At Alenia Defense Systems, I worked as a System Engineer, simulating and integrating military systems, including avionics, radar, and digital communication technologies. I collaborated on international NATO and defense projects, contributing to advanced system design and performance optimization. During my time as Electronic Engineer at Adriatica Petroli SpA, I supported remote diagnostic systems for large heating facilities and developed innovative hardware and software solutions to enhance energy management capabilities.
Earlier in my career, as a Contract Researcher at the University, I specialized in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), focusing on research and measurement techniques. I contributed to advancements in numerical simulations, EMC testing, and near-field measurement methodologies.
