As Director of Food & Beverage, I oversee operations for four current F&B outlets and three upcoming outlets across two properties, The Meru Resort & Bali Beach Hotel, with a total of 450 rooms.
My role encompasses strategic management of dining establishments, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue through innovative culinary offerings and operational excellence.
