I am proactive in staying abreast of industry trends and advancements, confident in my ability to introduce fresh ideas and effective marketing strategies. My career has encompassed a range of settings, from independent eateries to large-scale corporate hotels.

I am currently the Director of Food & Beverage at The Meru Sanur and Bali Beach Hotel, Indonesia.

In addition to my professional achievements, I am proficient in Italian, Bahasa Indonesia, English, and have a basic command of Spanish.

More than 16 years of experience in F&B, between private restaurants and 5 stars Hotels.

As Director of Food & Beverage, I oversee operations for four current F&B outlets and three upcoming outlets across two properties, The Meru Resort & Bali Beach Hotel, with a total of 450 rooms.

My role encompasses strategic management of dining establishments, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue through innovative culinary offerings and operational excellence.
