Good morning,
My name is Claudio Lazzari,
I’m an Italian man from Venice and I’m 30 years old.
From the beginning of my career I have started as a waiter for Kempinski in a 5 star luxury hotel, as you can easily see from my CV.
During my studies to become a Food and Beverage manager I also experienced a month in a one star Michelin restaurant : The Met Restaurant, in Venice.
As an Italian, I am fortunate to have had a wine education. Despite not having a certificate as sommelier, I have tried almost all the Italian wines and now I am able to recognize them and to explain and present their organoleptic characteristics.
My favourite part of the job of water is “the story telling” because making guests feel at home it’s the aim of the service, even if we are in a really formal context. I think if guests feel comfortable and welcome the service is already a success. I really believe in team building and cooperation between colleagues and supervisors.
In between hotel restaurants and just restaurants I’ve always preferred the hotels, because there are no dead moments in which you have nothing to do, because you can always support other outlets. I can say that I’m also able to create unique relationships and experiences for our guests at any moment, not just at the fine dining restaurant because I have an experience in the in room dining, at the bar, in the Spa and at the buffet breakfast.
You speak fluent English, Italian native speaker an intermediate level in Spanish
I wish to work with you and have a long term project for our future together, because I believe that in the right company I can grow and do a career working hard and giving 110% every day.
I believe that changing environment it's really helping to a self growth and that even if we have a big knowledge on some topics we can always learn more that's why I'm always willing to listen to people that are more expert than me with an open mind set .
