Info

Chief Commercial Officer and General Manager with solid experience driving B2B and B2C business growth across complex national and multinational industrial environments (Chemicals/Coatings, Plastics, Electrical/Automation, Construction, Beverage-HoReCa). I combine commercial strategy, operational management and P&L responsibility to deliver concrete results, improve margins and make organizations more effective. I grew revenue from 35 to 50 million euros in three years, doubled the customer base, strengthened pricing and control processes, and introduced CRM and advanced planning models.

I have managed complex sales networks of direct salespeople and agents and overseen M&A and spin-off operations, contributing to value creation and business repositioning.

Where I create impact: structured commercial growth, margin recovery, sales function reorganization, integrated Sales-Operations-Finance governance, new market development and transformation of complex commercial organizations.
