Bartender and barista with over 10 years in the hospitality industry, I started from a neighbourhood coffee bar and worked my way to bar supervisor of a prestigious coffee shop in Florence. In early 2020 I decided to move to London to improve my knowledge and skills as a bartender and gain more experience.
I am determined, curious and creative, and always ready to meet challenges for personal and professional development. My path has allowed me to understand the different facets of my role, from the organization of staff and management of suppliers, to the importance of giving the customer that attention that always guarantees him a memorable experience.
QUAL PARTS, BAR SUPERVISOR - LONDON September 2023/February 2024
Bar supervisor at a popular cocktail bar in East London, which focuses on sustainability and has a seasonal drink list. During the service, I lead my team to ensure that everyone follows the standard and the steps of service. When creating a new cocktail, I conduct research on seasonal ingredients and how to extract maximum flavor from them. Also, I try to use the same ingredient to create as many preparations as possible while minimizing leftover waste.

As a bar manager I'm make that the bar can run smoothly, providing quality beverages and excellent service to customers. I'm responsible for many of the day-to-day tasks needed for a bar to function. I hire and training the staff, maintain fully stocked inventories and doing the rota.
A 5* Luxury Hotel situated in the centre of London where i learned what means working in a luxury environment, starting from a warm welcoming to creating lasting memories for our guest. My duties were making cocktails with an high standard of quality and service and take care of our guests with as much personalise service as possible, managing the teams, control the stock.
A busy italian venue with two restaurants where we served mostly italian classic aperitif and classic cocktails. My duties were welcoming the guest at the bar and preparing cocktails even for the restaurant, check the quality of the service, create the new cocktails.
It was my first job in London in a elegant venue situated in Covent Garden, I've started as barback where the duties were refilling the stock set up the bar, clean and polish the glassware and take care of the bar during the shift. Then I got promoted as a junior bartender, during this time I lear the customer interaction, organizing bar and also i did some masterclass in spirits and wine.
An elegant italian coffee shop and cocktail bar situated in the centre of Florence. As a bar supervisor my duties were to have a good understanding/relation with my team and make sure that i could be as fair as possible with them, so we could work in a healty environment; check the quality of service, create the menù, making the orders of beverage and fruits from suppliers.

Worked for almost two years this was my first job in hospitality. One of the most famous cocktail bar in Florence where i started as junior bartender and then I got promoted as bartender. My duties were creating a new cocktails,
work once a week on the floor as cocktail waiter for understand the difference between the floor, where you have a clored approach with the guest, and being behind the bar, which is my confort zone.
