Acting as client liaison for all Digital Technology-related requests from staff
Providing value added services to the business, working together with the leadership team to drive technology and help transform business activities being the first line of engagement to understand and address issues and needs around desktop (Windows, O365 etc.

Configuring, deploying, maintaining, troubleshooting and supporting workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, phones and other computer and telecoms equipment
Helping with a range of office-based technology needs - installations, moves, changes, etc.
Responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to an agreed service level
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2010, Cisco Jabber, another authorized desktop application.
Diagnosing and troubleshooting desktop system, printer and operating problems
Consulting and instructing users on hardware and software questions/issues
Collaborate with other IT Services Data Center and Network Infrastructure teams
Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills with proven ability to work in fast paced environments
Documenting procedures, standards, best practices configurations, settings, installation sequences and back-out instructions

I am a IT Support engineer having experience of more than 5 years in different domains. Currentl I am working as a freelancer for 3Layers Technologie and other IT consultanc firms. I am recently graduated from Sapienza University of Romw and moved to Milan for professional growth.
